Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.


If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Lurera ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. 

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.


Customs, duties, and taxes

Lurera is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Lurera is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns Policy

Our products carry a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty against defects. For warranty concerns, please, contact jennifer@lurera.com.  


We want you to be completely happy with your purchase - please read our return & refund policy for detailed information about our processes:


We offer you the opportunity to return Lurera if you are not happy with your purchase within 30 days of receiving it.   


Please be sure to return all the components of your Lurera Pillow for a full refund (pillow, pillow case, pillow cover, heating pad, heart beat simulator & packaging).


Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.  


Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving the return.
